Twas the day after Christmas and in my house. I was going out shopping, I promised only to browse. The stockings were emptied of gift cards galore. I started that morning at Target, Old Navy and the Disney store.
Every year, I lose a little bit of that ole Christmas joy. I go through the motions and I decorate. I do the obligatory Elf movements but the joy has been sucked out of it all. Where are you Christmas?
